Pack Meeting & Court of Honor

Last night was both Pack Meeting for Jared and Court of Honor for Andrew and Zach. I left the house frustrated that the kids weren't eating their dinner, fighting terribly and grumpy. I told my friend Melanie the kids were for sale! (Just joking of course....well, I guess there was some truth at the moment) Then the awards start coming and melts my heart. These are good kids, and I need to be lighter on them! They are doing great things and learning so much! Thanks to all their wonderful scout and youth leaders!

When Andrew's leader, Scott Gagon started talking about Andrew, he said, "Andrew may be small in stature, but his head and shoulders are ready for Scouts with the big boys." He said Andrew is one that gives 120% effort to his responsibilities. About that time, I got a note passed to me from Melanie that said "So, do you still want to sell him?"

Zach shares a little about his Art merit badge. "Well," he said, "that was about the easiest one I have earned, we just had to draw some stuff." A man of many words!
